Customizing Reports
Reports can be customized (and new reports added) by clicking on "Options" then "Report Manager."
1. This area allows you to choose whether you wish to modify an existing report, or create a new report. Also, if you have an existing report listed, you can delete it (this cannot be undone, but you could recreate it manually.) Tip: To create a new report, you may find it easier to find a report that's somewhat like the one you want, and then click the "New Report" radio button - the contents of the existing report will be displayed, but you can change it and give it a name, and not have to create a new one from scratch!
2. All of these buttons will insert a "tag" into the "report box" (#4.) These tags are placeholders for the element that will appear in the generated report. Please note that using certain tags in combination with other "exclusive" tags, or tags that do not apply to your particular setup style (using "Weighted Grade" when you're not using that scoring mode) will not prevent the report from being generated, but will likely produce an inaccurate report. Each of these tags are for individual students.
3. Like the tags in #2, but these tags are class aggregates or class summaries.
Once you have made your changes, simply click "Save Report" and all future reports will use your new report text.
