Gradeway Teacher's Suite Help

Gradeway Reporting

Gradeway Teacher's Suite offers a variety of reports and letters, many of which have selectable options. In addition, you can also customize what the letters say through the Report Manager.

Below is a screen image of the main Gradeway Reports module.

1. Report Selector
Use this drop down list to select the type of report or letter to generate. Directly beneath the drop down list is text which briefly describes the report you have selected.

2. Report Options
Many reports and letters have options that will be displayed in this area when you select the report (1).

3. Make Reports
Once you have selected your Report (1) and its Options (2), click this button to generate your reports. The reports generated will be displayed in the Report panel (6).

4. Report Navigation
When you have created more than one report, the Previous and Next report link buttons will allow you to navigate through any number of generated reports with a simple click.

5. Print Report
Clicking "Print Report" will print whichever report is currently displayed in the Report Pane (6). Note that most graphs on reports are background images, and by default will not print in full color. You can change this setting by opening your Control Panel, opening Internet Options, clicking the "Advanced" tab, and placing a check in the "Print background colors and images" check box under the "Printing" option.

6. Report Pane
This is where any generated reports are displayed after being created (3.) When printing (5), the report displayed here will be printed.
