Subject Manager / Grade Level Manager

In your classroom, you may decide to have various subjects and even set your grading mode to accumulate overall grades per subject. In the Subject and Grade Level Manager, you are able to add and remove subjects as you please.

1. Select Class
Since each of your classes may have different subjects, select the class you wish to add or remove subjects.

2. Subject List
The subject list will always have "-General-" listed. (You cannot remove this, either.)

3. Subject Name
If you wish to add a new subject, simply select the class (1), enter a name in this text box, and click the Add Subject (4) button. Note: Duplicate subject names are not allowed.

4. Add Subject
With a new subject name entered (3), and a class selected (1), clicking this will add the subject to the selected class.

Note: While you may enter subjects for the placeholder "-Select Class-", adding subjects to this will have no effect at all.

5. Remove
When a subject is highlighted in the Subjects box (2), clicking this button will remove the subject from the class. This cannot be undone.

6. Current Grade Levels
This box displays all the current grade levels you have entered into Gradeway. Grade Levels are not class specific, but instead span throughout all classes.

7. Level Name
To enter a new Grade Level, enter it in this box and click the Add Level button (8).

8. Add Level
After entering a new Grade Level (7), clicking this button saves the Grade Level into the Gradeway class file.

9. Remove
When a Grade Level is highlighted (7), clicking this button will remove the highlighted Grade Level.
